Short Narrative Competition III Foundation Julián Vilas
For the third consecutive year, It starts the Short Narrative Contest Vilás Foundation for residents of Ibiza and Formentera, on issues related to the islands. This literary contest, that promote the Julian Vilás Ferrer Foundation and the Ibizan publishing EDICIONS AÏLLADES.
You can send proposals, in Catalan or Castilian (by email) Until the 15 April 2017, with a length between 5 y 8 folios. There are 3000 euros in prize money, In addition to publishing on line of finalists.

NARRATIVE COMPETITION RULES OF JULIÁN VILÁS FOUNDATION
They will be eligible for prizes all those stories of subjects related to the islands of Ibiza and Formentera, written in Spanish or Catalan to be handled through email Foundation info@fundacionjulianvilasferrer.org with copy to edicions@illes.cat, accompanied by the attached annex.
The extent of the manuscripts should be between 5 y 8 Din A4 pages and Arial, Times New Roman o Calibrí 12 points.
The deadline for submission of works begins 1 February and ends 15 April 2017.
Once the original received will be given acknowledgment email.
the anonymity of Authors is guaranteed to jury deliberation. Only one work is supported by author.
Edicions Aïllades released in digital format award-winning works in the literary Platform www.ibizaeditions.com When making the selection, the jury will assess the originality and literary quality.
The jury is empowered to resolve any issues not covered by these rules. Award results will be announced at a public event to be held in Ibiza in Sa-House Seniors Residence on Thursday 27 April 2017 a las 18 horas. The authors and authors of the prize-winning works must attend or delegate someone to collect the prize.
The original winners will become the property of Edicions aïllades, which reserves the right to publish also in print edition. Non-winning works will be destroyed. They will not be returned, particularly, none of the works presented.
Taking part in this award implies acceptance of their bases.
