With the new page Culture Plan website, launched by the Ministry of Culture of the Balearic Islands, all the information about the plan is at our disposal. As well as the actions that are being carried out by the Ministry of Culture, Participation and Sports.
Access to culture is a right. Pero, What does this right imply?, What mechanisms can guarantee it? Administrations must invest in research, Heritage, institutions. But it is also essential to favor the circumstances so that artists and cultural professionals work in adequate conditions.. It is an investment in citizenship that returns to citizenship. The Cultural Plan establishes an axis dedicated to deploying these mechanisms and raising awareness about the great value of creative work.

The Culture Plan talks about making culture one of the central points of public policies. Generating spaces for dialogue and cooperation. Also serving to promote and strengthen the links between education and culture, so that this becomes a regular part of everyday life. A fundamental axis for this is the establishment of new cultural spaces in all the Balearic Islands.. Line of Subsidies of the Cultural Plan
A very interesting point for all artists is the line of grants that the Institute of Balearic Studies (AT THE LONDON AND FRANKFURT FAIRS) dedicated to the organization and production of fairs, festivales, markets, artistic residencies, training days and other professional activities in the world of music, Performing Arts, literature, drawing… that take place on the territory of the islands.
