SE LAUNCHES WATER VIVA (vol.2)

el miércoles, 7 February 2018 a las 20.30 hours is presented at the Teatro España (Santa Eulària) the book and the audiovisual documentary living water (vol.2). Vendes, pous i fonts de Santa Eulària des Riu (EDICIONS AÏLLADES, 2018). This is the second part of a project created by Josep Joan i Marí, “Pep Xomeu” and for Ramon Mayol,. After having explored the wells and springs of Sant Carles de Peralta, They now enter the Vendes Santa Eulalia.

Pep Xomeu has written a poem about each of the wells and fountains and has set them to music with a melody that Elena Prokhorova accompanies the piano. The photographs in the book are by Ramon Mayol and the prologue by Lluís Ferrer Ferrer, which will also be in the presentation of the Teatro España, in an event part of the Villa del Río festival program. The choral group LES VEUS DE PERALTA will perform some of the songs that Pep Xomeu has composed for the occasion.

Además, in the documentary, Produced by Eivisual, opinions are collected, very valuable curiosities or anecdotes from neighbors related to this water heritage, as: Mariano de s'Argentera, Antoni des Campaner, Eularia de can Mayol, Carmen den Serra, Carlos Costa, Jaume den Negre, Pere de s'Argentera, Vicent Noguera Ramon, Toni Marí "Marge" or Joan Clapés "Martí".
