ISOLATED EDITIONS IN THE XXXI WEEK OF THE BOOK IN CATALAN

Editions Islands participate with different activities in the XXXI Book Week in Catalan that takes place of 26 Al 29 November in the courtyard of Mercy, in Palma.

After participating in the 8ª Plaça del libro in Valencia (of the 28 from october to 1 de noviembre de 2020), where the And fARSA contest of micro theater texts and the book by Ramon Mayol Animalia. A fable too real, Editions Islands moves to Palma to participate in the XXXI Book Week in Catalan.

Organized by the Mall Booksellers Guildorca, This event gives visibility to authors who write in Catalan and allows recognition of the work of publishers that publish in this language.. Pero, above all, highlights the role of bookstores, that offer their publications and give the opportunity to find news or review and recover old editorial collections, giving visibility to the book and offering tools to encourage reading prescription.

el año 2019 More of 3500 people visited the Book week in Català de Palma that was held at the Aljub de Es Baluard where Edicions Aïllades presented the translation collection AccentObert, by the editor Ramon Mayol and the collection director Nora Albert.

fARSA contest of texts of short pieces
